Abstract
收集了我院1999年7月至2000年7月2型DM134例,其中肝功能异常者67例,除肝源性DM、心衰、肝炎、胆石症等原因引起肝功能异常者22例外,2型DM合并肝损害共45例.并对这45例患者降糖治疗前后血清进行检测分析以研究2型DM合并肝损害降糖治疗前后肝功能变化情况.
