Abstract
目的:探讨中药苦楝子外用治疗高原地区手皲裂的疗效.方法:收集2017年1月-2018年12月我院中医门诊102例重症手皲裂症患者,随机分为中药苦楝子外用组和尿素软膏外用组各51例,分析两组手皲裂患者皮肤恢复情况.结果:中药苦楝子外用组总有效率为96.08％,尿素软膏外用组总有效率为84.31％.中药苦楝子外用组疗效明显优于尿素软膏外用组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中药苦楝子涂擦双手治疗手皲裂,效果好,取材方便,药源广泛,经济便宜,值得推广.
