Abstract
患者,男,50岁,因“反复胸闷5月,再发5h”,于2016年5月24日收入浙江省义乌市中心医院消化内科,入院生命体征:T 37℃、P 82次/分、Bp 128/70 mmHg,心电图提示:急性下壁心肌梗死,5月24日予急诊溶栓治疗,5h后开始呕血、血压下降、血常规Hb 76 g/L,急诊胃镜检查提示:胃角近后壁一溃疡伴大量血凝块附着(图1),可见活动性出血(图2).诊断:(1)胃角溃疡伴出血(Forrest Ib);(2)急性下壁心肌梗死.
