Abstract
郭会卿教授运用中医辨证治疗股骨头坏死,将其分为早、中、晚3期,辨证分型分为湿热痹阻、正虚血瘀、肝肾亏虚3型.湿热痹阻者,治宜清热利湿、消肿止痛,方用四妙消肿方;正虚血瘀者,治宜祛瘀生新、接骨生筋,方用股骨头坏死方;肝肾亏虚者,治宜补益肝肾、强壮筋骨,方用补肾强骨方.
