痛风性关节炎是与高尿酸血症密切相关的代谢性疾病,属中医学"湿热痹"等范畴.在清利湿热之法中配以甘温益气之药,可取得较好的临床疗效,其理论基础在于,湿浊漫生、清阳郁遏,酿蕴痛风性关节炎之"热",甘温除热法通过甘温补中、调节气机升降、清除病理产物,从而提高疗效.
