Abstract
鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2(Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor,RhoGDI2)是RhoGDI家族成员之一,以往研究认为其为肿瘤侵袭转移的抑制因子[1],但近来研究显示其在不同肿瘤中的表达不尽相同[2-5].有研究表明,RhoGDI2在胃癌中高表达[6],但其与临床预后的相关性尚未见报道.我们应用免疫组化法检测RhoGDI2在胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素及预后的关系,为胃癌的临床治疗及预后提供实验基础.
