Abstract

自体肺动脉瓣替换病变主动脉瓣(Ross)手术自1967年被首次应用于临床并取得了长期效果[1].本研究对吕贝克医科大学心脏外科11年来Ross手术临床经验进行总结. 临床资料 1.一般情况:1990年2月-2001年8月行Ross手术治疗的226例,其中男性177例、女性49例.年龄(47±14)岁(15～71岁).158例(70%)为退行性变,39例(17%)为风湿性病变, 18例(8%)为慢性内膜炎,11例( 5%)为急性内膜炎.
