Abstract
胰腺肿瘤是消化道常见肿瘤,其诊断、治疗及预后判断较为困难.循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的检测是近年来的研究热点,且在许多肿瘤中已被证实对诊断、治疗及预后具有提示作用.本文针对CTCs现有的富集、检测方法及其在胰腺肿瘤诊断与治疗中的研究进展进行概括、总结并提出CTCs的应用前景.
