Abstract
内胚窦瘤(endodermal sinus tumor,EST)也称卵黄囊瘤,是典型的生殖细胞肿瘤,可发生在生殖腺或生殖腺外的肿瘤.生殖细胞肿瘤多发于睾丸及卵巢.腺外生殖细胞瘤很罕见.腹腔EST比较罕见,而且预后极差.吉林大学第一医院收治腹腔EST1例.现报告如下.
