Abstract
青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是临床上常见的脊柱三维畸形,以女性多见,至今病因不明.目前关于AIS病因学研究有很多假说,主要包括遗传因素、神经系统平衡功能异常、生物力学因素及神经内分泌异常等.褪黑素(melatonin,ME)是神经内分泌中最先被研究与特发性脊柱侧凸发病相关的激素[1],近年来学者们对褪黑素在AIS发病中作用的研究取得了很大进展并进入了一个新的层次,笔者就此综述如下.
