Abstract
重建髋臼骨缺损是髋关节翻修术的难点,严重骨缺损的重建方式和假体选择一直是临床热点.正确处理髋臼骨缺损的前提是合理评价骨缺损.临床上有很多髋臼骨缺损的分类方法,Gross分型可以对术中实际骨缺损程度做出准确评估,目前对包容性骨缺损的处理方法较为一致,对非包容性骨缺损的处理尚存争议,本文就Gross分型结合近来相关文献对髋臼重建的新进展予以综述.
