腰麻为操作简单、麻醉效果确切、适用于下腹与下肢手术的一种麻醉方法,但对术后镇痛有些不便.我们自2002年2月至12月对择期下肢手术患者在单次腰麻过程中伍用吗啡0.1 mg,得到满意的麻醉效果和术后镇痛效果,现总结报告如下.
