老年人股骨颈骨折,年龄越大,不愈合率和死亡率越高,其滗原因是骨折后较长期卧床,易发生多系统器官功能衰竭.治疗的目的是要使患者早期使用伤肢离床活动,以达到预防系统器官发生并发症[1].1999年2月至2007年2月,对67例80岁以上老年人股骨颈骨折进行了人工关节置换的治疗,现报告如下.
