Abstract
复杂膝关节后外侧脱位是一种较少见的损伤,是由于关节囊、内侧副韧带、股内侧肌及半月板组织形成纽孔样撕裂[1-2]、卡压阻碍关节复位,此类损伤的处理有别于其他类型的膝关节脱位.笔者自2009-07-2014-05采用分期手术治疗复杂膝关节后外侧脱位5例,观察术后疗效,报道如下.
