Abstract
导致胸神经根病的原因主要有椎间盘突出症、椎间关节强直、肿瘤、囊肿、椎体骨折等[1].笔者于2012-05收治1例胸椎黄韧带骨化压迫致神经根症状的患者,非手术治疗无效后通过手术干预症状缓解.
1 病例报告
患者,男,64岁,主诉1年前出现背部疼痛并放射到左腹部,坐或站时症状加重,仰卧位时症状稍缓解.
