Abstract
胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)极少发生淋巴结转移,故治疗上无需行大范围淋巴结清扫,对＜5cm者行病灶局部切除即可.随着腹腔镜手术器械的发展和操作技术的成熟,越来越多的胃肠外科医师更乐于采用微创技术处理胃间质瘤.现就我院2005 年1月～2006年1月实施的18例腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术的临床经验,现报道如下.
