IntraBeam系统在乳腺癌保乳术中应用的安全性研究

Abstract
目的 研究IntraBeam术中放疗在乳腺癌保乳术中的安全性.方法 回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年5月济南军区总医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治56例早期乳腺癌保乳手术患者的病例资料,其中28例同期行术中放疗,28例患者不行术中放疗,对两组患者术后并发症进行比较.结果 术中放疗组发生脂肪坏死13例,未行放疗组脂肪坏死6例;术中放疗组术后积液18例,未行放疗组术后积液9例.两组间比较差异有统计学意义.但两组患者在切口感染、切口愈合时间、术后皮肤感觉改变、术区疼痛、术后血肿及术后乳房外形美观度方面比较差异均无统计学意义.结论 IntraBeam系统对乳腺癌患者保乳术中实施术中放疗是安全可行的.
