胆道支架主要用于不宜或不愿手术的胆道良恶性狭窄和胆瘘的治疗,其短期疗效显著,但远期疗效相对较差,因长期应用受支架阻塞和胆管再狭窄的影响.因此,研发新型胆道支架如生物可降解支架、覆膜支架是目前发展的主要趋势,并对胆道疾病治疗意义深远.
