Abstract
良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)是当头部运动到某一特定位置时所诱发的短暂的眩晕,并伴有眼震和自主神经症状,是前庭周围性眩晕最常见的一种.因其老年人多见[1],且由头颈活动诱发,易误诊为颈椎病.本研究报道2例误诊时间比较长的典型病例,结合文献阐明其特征,以提高对本病的认识,减少误诊误治.
