Abstract
人工全髋关节置换术后出血量较多,因手术方式及手术部位特殊的解剖结构等原因,一般情况术后常规留置引流管,可有效降低术后感染率,防止感染所致切口周围瘢痕粘连.但是留置后夹闭与否,开放和夹闭引流管的利与弊,及夹闭后通过何种夹闭方案尽可能减少出血量等情况都值得研究.现对全髋关节置换术后关节腔引流管留置与管理方案的临床研究进展进行综述.
