Hill-Sachs损伤的诊疗现状

Abstract
Hill-Sachs损伤是由Hill和Sachs首先报道的,该损伤是肩关节发生前脱位时,肱骨头后外侧与肩胛骨关节盂前缘撞击,使肱骨头后上方产生的压缩性骨折.虽然该种损伤实际发生率并不明确,但是有报道认为肩关节前脱位患者中伴有该损伤的比例较高.而且啮合性Hill-Sachs损伤如不进行有效的治疗有很高的肩关节再脱位发生率.目前临床工作中对Hill-Sachs损伤的诊断与治疗并没有形成一致意见.对于Hill-Sachs损伤可以通过病史、查体及影像学进行诊断,治疗上有保守治疗及手术的方式可以采用.
