Abstract

[目的]探讨空心加压螺丝钉闭合复位经皮内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的方法.[方法]采用空心加压螺丝钉闭合复位经皮内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折,对168例患者进行治疗.[结果]发生骨不连14例,包括退钉2例,股骨头塌陷坏死8例,治愈率为87%.[结论]闭合复位经皮空心加压螺丝钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折,是较为理想的治疗方法.
