四肢血管损伤晚期并发症的显微外科治疗

Abstract
[目的]回顾四肢血管损伤晚期并发症一动脉瘤、动静脉瘘、动脉栓塞的治疗疗效.[方法]采用动脉瘤、动静脉瘘切除后血管直接吻合;动脉瘤、动静脉瘘切除后血管缺损,动脉栓塞两断端自体静脉移植吻合;髂外动脉栓塞股动脉健侧与患侧耻骨联合上大隐静脉搭桥术.[结果]64例病人术后随访了50例,都有不同程度的症状改善.[结论]四肢血管损伤晚期并发症应用显微外科治疗可获得理想疗效.
