Abstract
嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝是胃肠外科一种较为常见、多发的疾病,但并发大网膜扭转却并不多见[1].大网膜扭转是较罕见的外科急腹症[2],因症状和体征并无特异性,其术前确诊率仅10 ％[3],极易延误病情.成都医学院第一附属医院收治1例右侧嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝并发大网膜扭转的患者,报道如下.
