胆管癌是一种较为罕见的癌症.目前胆管癌的预后较差,而且对化疗不敏感;根治性手术切除是唯一有效的治疗方法,但是大多数患者在确诊时已失去手术的机会.因此,明确胆管癌的危险因素及治疗手段,可以有效地预防、早期检测并治疗胆管癌.本文对胆管癌危险因素及治疗方面的最新进展进行综述.
