Abstract
为了增加缺血组织的存活能力,许多能诱导新生血管形成的生长因子应用于缺血皮瓣的研究.其中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)是作用最强、特异性最高的因子[1],但VEGF蛋白质的半衰期在血浆中较短[2].为此,笔者探讨VEGF基因治疗对缺血皮瓣存活的影响.
