Abstract
黏蛋白作为一类高分子量和大量糖基化的蛋白质,是黏液的主要成分,由杯状细胞合成,广泛分布.其分为许多亚型,具有不同的理化特性和生理功能.一些诱因可引起黏蛋白的变化.近些年来,黏蛋白的药动学行为研究越来越受到重视,相关的实验模型也逐渐成熟起来,黏蛋白的新功能等我们去发现.本文对黏蛋白进行了系统性综述,以期全面了解黏蛋白.
