前列腺增生症是老年人的常见疾病,目前主要通过前列腺电切术治疗,术后常发生一些并发症,本文通过文献回顾,对前列腺增生症的术后出血、尿失禁、排尿困难、附睾炎、泌尿系感染、膀胱痉挛等并发症及目前的中医药治疗进行总结.综述目前中医药在防治前列腺增生症手术后并发症的应用研究.
