Abstract
胃癌属于消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率约占消化道恶性肿瘤的40％～50％,其发病呈逐年上升状态,预后大多不佳.目前关于胃癌的主要治疗方式为手术及放化疗.由于我国目前早期胃癌检出率较低,大部分病人在发现时已错失最佳手术时机,术后也有很高的复发和转移的可能性.近年来随着中医药的发展,中医药在胃癌治疗中起到的作用也受到越来越多国内外专家的重视.蜈蚣、全蝎这类虫类中药常被使用.现就蜈蚣、全蝎对胃癌的作用机制进行简要的综述.
