百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布预防 Ⅱ 类切口感染120例

Abstract
目的:评价百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布预防 Ⅱ 类切口感染的效果.方法:将普外科手术进入消化道并无明显污染的患者240例随机分成治疗组和观察组各120例.治疗组用百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布治疗,观察组用常规方法处理.结果:治疗组切口未发现感染,观察组切口感染率为5.00%(P<0.05);治疗组甲级愈合率99.17%,观察组90.83%(P<0.01).结论:百克瑞生物酶杀菌纱布是一种疗效肯定、安全性好的外用杀菌功能性敷料,能有效预防 Ⅱ类切口感染.
