前列腺部尿道海绵状血管瘤1例

Abstract
血管瘤是临床常见病、多发病,但发生在前列腺部尿道的血管瘤非常少见,我院收治1例,现报告如下.
1资料与方法
患者55岁,男性,因肉眼血尿1年,再发1d于2018年12月13日人院.患者1年前出现终末肉眼血尿,淡红色,有片状血凝块,无发热,无尿痛.尿常规RBC++++/HP,PSA 7.55 μg/L, fPSA 1.23 μg/Lo经直肠超声检查提示:BPH,前列腺未探及抵回声结节.CT提示:右肾囊肿,膀胱颈见小的密度稍高影.
