布加综合征介入治疗中并发心包填塞、下腔静脉破裂规避策略

Abstract
目的 探讨Budd-Chiari综合征(BCS)介入治疗中出现心包填塞及下腔静脉破裂的原因及规避策略.方法 回顾性分析2012～2015年接受介入治疗的BCS患者共42例.结果 本组42例BCS,1例术中出现心包填塞,1例术中出现下腔静脉破裂,经及时抢救均未出现生命危险.结论 下腔静脉破裂及心包填塞是BCS介入术中出现的严重并发症,但采取有效措施和及时抢救可以减少并发症的发生和患者的死亡率.
