斜T型钢板在累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折中的应用

Abstract
目的 探讨斜T型钢板在累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折中的治疗效果.方法 自2009年1月～2013年12月,采用斜T型锁定滑动钢板治疗累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折17例.11例伤后6小时内急诊手术,6例伤后4天内手术,手术采用踝关节后外侧切口加辅助后内侧切口.结果 17例获随访,随访时间12～24个月,切口均正常愈合,骨折愈合时间6～10周.术后一年采用AOFAS踝-后足评分,平均92.6分.结论 使用斜T型钢板治疗累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折可以有效防止内踝后丘骨折术后的再移位,起到阻挡作用,并可早期功能锻炼.
