微型锁定加压钢板内固定治疗桡骨小头粉碎性骨折

Abstract
桡骨小头骨折约占全身骨折的0.8％,约有1/3患者合并关节其他部位损伤,1954年Mason根据平片将其划分为三型:Ⅰ型为小片骨折,无移位;Ⅱ型骨折有移位;Ⅲ型为粉碎骨折,后来增补Ⅳ型骨折为合并肘关节脱位.而已有的治疗方案常为:Ⅰ型:石膏外固定;Ⅱ型～Ⅲ型:采用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗;Ⅲ型～Ⅳ型:采用Herbert螺钉加微型钢板内固定治疗.针对粉碎比较严重的Ⅲ型-Ⅳ型桡骨小头骨折,我院自2008年1月～2012年12月采用微型锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,均取得满意疗效.
