外科植入物用超高分子量聚乙烯中铝含量测定

Abstract
目的 建立外科植入物用超高分子量聚乙烯中杂质元素铝(Al)含量的检测方法.方法 采用干灰化法前期处理样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定铝元素.结果 铝元素标准曲线的R值0.9999,回收率为98.62％～99.93％,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD％)为1.6％.结论 所建立的方法精密度高、准确性好、干扰较少、快速简单,可用于超高分子量聚乙烯中铝元素的含量测定.
