随着脊柱外科的迅速发展,腰椎手术得以广泛开展. 作为相对少见的术后并发症,椎间盘炎(Discitis)可发生于各种不同的腰椎手术及介入治疗术后[1],甚至可见于相邻节段术后[2]. 术后椎间盘炎的发病率较低,但随着医学诊断水平的提高,发病率的报道呈上升趋势[3].椎间盘炎的发病机制包括细菌感染、无菌性炎症及自身免疫反应等因素[4].
