热敏灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床规律研究

Abstract
目的 验证热敏灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效;探究灸位与灸量在灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的作用.方法 将来自安徽中医药大学第一附属医院、安徽中医药大学中西医结合医院和安徽医科大学第二附属医院门诊或住院的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为灸位研究和灸量研究两个部分,每个部分60例,治疗结束后即刻统计疗效.结果 炙位研究:两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组消费品疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 热敏灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效,值得推广应用;热敏灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于传统灸法;灸位和灸量在灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症中起着关键作用.
