Abstract
目前，对丙型肝炎患者的抗病毒治疗均采用直接抗病毒药物(DAAs)。由于DAAs品种较多，为方便临床医师选用，本文推荐择必达或吉利德三代(丙通沙)药物治疗，而G/P鸡尾酒(Maviret)疗法可作为其他DAAs治疗失效患者选用。文中还对这些小分子药物的安全性与耐药率作了介绍，以供参考。
