Abstract
手足口病(Hand foot and mouth disease HFMD)是由肠道病毒引起的儿童传染病,多发于5岁以下儿童[1].引起手足口病的肠道病毒种类多,目前以肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CA16)为主要流行毒株[2-4].流行毒株常交替改变,患儿感染后产生的相应抗体不具有交叉保护性,这是手足口病呈反复流行的主要原因.手足口病的早期诊断、治疗与隔离是控制流行的有效手段.
