误诊为脊椎结核的七例患者磁共振影像学分析

Abstract
目前,脊椎疾病的诊断除了依靠临床症状及实验室检查结果,影像学尤其是磁共振成像(MRI)技术已成为重要的辅助手段.影像学上类似脊椎结核病造成的误诊会导致临床诊断错误及治疗方法选择不当,延误患者的病情.本研究回顾性分析了7例MRI诊断为脊椎结核但经手术病理活检确诊为非脊椎结核病变的误诊病例,重点探讨其MRI影像特点,并结合临床资料及有关生化检查结果,分析误诊原因,以提高对脊椎疾病的认识和脊椎结核的鉴别诊断水平.
