Abstract
患者男,66岁.2012年1月初开始出现头痛、恶心.起病后约3d出现左侧肢体乏力,起病后6d左侧肌力减退到1度,意识模糊.影像学检查发现右侧顶枕部病灶,疑为"脑梗死"进行治疗,在使用"皮质激素"和"脱水治疗"1周后,左侧肌力恢复到4～5度、意识状态好转后出院.
