Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint(2018)
Abstract
With the emergence of aging population in China, more and more people encounter lumbar spine stenosis. Traditional open surgery is more invasive, producing injury to both the spine structure and surrounding tissues. Percutaneous endoscopic technique minimizes the injury with similar effects. This paper introduces its development status, as well as its indication, surgical approach, and complications.
