Abstract
1 临床资料
2007年1月-2011年8月,笔者单位收治四肢高压电烧伤男性患者13例,年龄21 ～55岁.致伤电压:(6 ～ 10)kV10例,(10～50)kV 3例.烧伤总面积6％ ～35％,其中Ⅳ度面积2％ ～ 8％ TBSA.创面分布:上臂及腋部损伤者3例;上臂损伤者4例;上臂及前臂近段损伤者3例,其中1例合并开放性肘关节、腕关节损伤;下肢损伤者3例.2例患者合并肌腱、神经损伤及骨外露.人院时间为伤后1h～12d.
