Abstract
戊型肝炎是由戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)引起的急性自限性疾病.近年来,戊型肝炎发病率呈上升趋势,已成为急性散发性病毒性肝炎的主要病因,是继乙型肝炎后的高发性肝炎.但烧伤合并戊型肝炎的病例尚鲜见报道.2011年我科陆续收治5例烧伤合并急性胆汁淤积型戊型肝炎患者,现对其临床特征及治疗措施进行回顾性总结,拟为今后救治该类病例提供参考.
