Abstract
临床资料:本组患者56例,其中男37例、女19例,年龄14～63岁.烧伤面积23%～89%TBSA,深Ⅱ、Ⅲ度.患者在行切削痂+自异体皮移植术后,残余创面均<5%TBSA,其中最大面积为4 cm×4 cm.将患者随机分为治疗组28例、对照组28例.治疗组年龄(35.7±2.1)岁,对照组(33.2±2.7)岁;治疗组残余创面为(3.2±1.6)%TBSA,对照组(2.7±2.2)%TBSA,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).
