Abstract
成人发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)真实髋臼(真臼)形态的解剖变异和骨质缺损为全髋关节置换手术带来诸多困难.三维重建技术在明确骨性解剖结构、定量分析骨质储备方面均具有显著优势.结合各型DDH真臼解剖学特点制定术前髋臼重建方案,能够有效降低术后并发症并改善关节功能.本文拟结合DDH分型针对真臼三维形态学研究及髋臼重建的处理策略作一综述.
