Abstract
无论是跨伤椎的4钉2椎体固定,抑或是近年来报道的6钉3椎体固定,虽然其固定效果确切,但均为双节段固定[1,2].本研究对部分胸腰椎骨折采用经伤椎置钉单节段固定,以期减少脊柱运动节段的丢失.2006年1月～2008年5月采用经伤椎置钉椎弓根螺钉系统单节段固定的方式治疗胸腰椎骨折患者25例,现将其早期疗效报道如下.
