Abstract
硬化性肺泡细胞瘤(pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma,PSP)过去被称为肺硬化性血管瘤(pulmonary sclerosing haemangioma,PSH)[1],是目前发病率仅次于错构瘤的肺良性肿瘤[2].我们收治1例弥漫多发性硬化性肺泡细胞瘤病人.现将临床资料报道如下. 病人,男性,23岁.因咳嗽、咳痰1个月于2018年1月2日入院.既往无特殊病史,初诊于当地医院,考虑感染可能,予以抗感染治疗(左氧氟沙星、头孢替唑)9天后,未见好转.进一步行胸部CT检查提示右下肺弥漫性结节样病变(图1).
