Abstract
正常平稳的腹内压是机体器官系统正常运转的保证.腹内高压可导致腹腔内脏器的灌注减少,并引起循环系统、呼吸系统等多系统功能紊乱,导致腹腔间隔室综合征(ACS).其发病隐匿,病情危重,死亡率高,对患者危害极大,临床上需警惕其发生,并在其发生时作出快速有效的正确处置,以挽救患者的生命.本文结合国内外文献,就ACS病因、诊断和治疗的研究进展做一综述.
