本研究回顾性分析24例应用封闭式负压引流术联合创面部分闭合在藏毛窦治疗中的短期疗效与安全性.结果 表明,术中应用亚甲蓝引导,彻底切除病灶后行封闭式负压引流术联合创面部分闭合治疗可安全应用于骶尾部藏毛窦的治疗,并促进创面快速愈合.
